Reimagined, repurposed, and revitalized. Having traveled across the globe in the service of international trade, shipping containers now reimagined, repurposed and revitalized as an energy filled urban development. Retail, food, drink, art and music in local and interactive environment. Mission driven, The Churchill is home to ten small local businesses that are provided affordable rent with no personal guarantee in an environment built to foster growth. Furthermore, each of the tenants are required to complete community service and participate in quarterly fundraisers as the collective focuses on bettering the surrounding Roosevelt Art’s District.
