In partnership with Phoenix Center for the Arts, Isaac Caruso and APS, The Churchill converted an unappealing, criminally active alley into a pedestrian friendly art destination featuring many of the most inspiring muralists Phoenix has to offer. The alley was quickly recognized as a ‘place to see’ in Downtown Phoenix, has deterred crime, and is a source of value to neighboring property owners and businesses.
