• Participated in feasibility and underwriting process for new acquisitions.

• Selected third party companies to manage assets.

• Oversaw ongoing operations of all cash flowing properties. Property types include: hotel, RV campground, self storage, RV storage and land holdings.

• Prepared monthly financial analysis of company holdings.

• Prepared and sent quarterly stakeholder reports.

• Developed annual budgets and cash plans for each property.

• Worked closely with property teams to maximize profitability.

• Maintained broker relationships.

• Oversaw dispositions, including platting and easements.
